The main reason why abuses will always continue in our public services is because of these clauses, confidentiality clause within the Principle Statement of Terms and Conditions of Service which states:

You shall not during your employment with BLANK or at any time after its termination for any reason whatsoever, inappropriately disclose to any person or persons whatsoever, or otherwise make use of, any confidential information to which you may in the course of your employment have access relating to the affairs of BLANK. This requirement covers all confidential information relating to patients, patients’ relatives, employees and all other confidential matters relating to the affairs of BLANK.

You are advised not to discuss any matters relating to BLANK with press or other media representatives without express authorisation from the Communications Manager.

Each employee has a duty not to divulge to any other person, firm or agency, either directly or indirectly, any information concerning BLANK or its clients or purchasers which could possibly adversely affect their interests except in respect of the normal exercise of their work. This duty applies after the cessation of employment as well as during it.

Good Nurses are powerless often victimised and pushed out.

Most of the UK media is covering the announcement made in Parliament by Jeremy Hunt, Secretary State for Health, about proposed changes to social care.

The two confirmed points to have garnered the most media attention in the run-up to the announcement are:

a ‘cost cap’ of £75,000 worth of care costs – after this point the state would step in to meet these care costs
raising the current means-testing threshold for people to be eligible for state-funded social care from £23,520 to £123,000
The government expects these changes will lead to fewer people having to sell their homes in order to pay for their long-term care needs.

Speaking in Parliament, Mr Hunt said that the current system was ‘desperately unfair’ as many older people face ‘limitless, often ruinous’ costs. The minister stated that he wants the country to be ‘one of the best places in the world to grow old’.

Finally financial abuse easing, while I think the government has made a significant step in the right direction to reduce the institutional financial abuse of the elderly. It does not go far enough; I believe fix capital such as their property should not be taken as part of the mean testing criteria.

The solution is to change strategy such as model of care and service delivery strategies, which necessitate real changes, not by renaming an already unworkable system and calling it new which is often the case in NHS.

Under the current configuration it will remain hard to successfully meet the criteria to bring a complete end to financial abuse of the elderly, not when the focus is about self importance and lack of adjustability and prudence.

No disrespect for the minister he appears to be making a fundamental mistake by creating a multi level commissioning systems which all have tie and dependent on the survival of NHS. It is worth knowing that it is the multi-level management hierarchy that is partly to blame for the current system.

Surrey Children social services, declared (A.K.A). Baby snatcher, Social services are willing to take your children away for no good reason but they will ignore real issues and fabricate evidence to strengthen their case and justified their existence.

After the death of Baby P the Government gave social services more power which is why they are able to snatch your children away from you. This was the wrong move by the government and it rewarded social services for their failures which could have been deliberate, based on my own experience and observation of social services.

There is conflict of interest and potentially undetectable fraud going on within the Social Services. Someone is most probably getting rich by wrongfully taking children from their parent and ruined families and placing them with friends in businesses in which they have an interest. Unethical Social Worker that I have encountered are:

James Tigg,

Russell Walters

Rachel Dunn.

Victim Support officer of Surrey Police Jo Hardman ignored evidence prejudice and discrimination against father. Arranged multi disciplinary meeting to relocate children which father had to fight against in court.

Are your children venerable from this corrupt system? I successfully defended my children from these horrible people and willing to share my experience with you. Be careful of legal aid lawyer they don't have your children's best interest at heart as was the case with Christine Boot of Grants Solicitors LLP and Jennifer Munday of Venters Solicitor. Venters' appointed council withheld information from the court to secure the suspension of a share residence order. Both these Solicitors and the council subjected my children to abuse.

Action Against Institutional Abuse (AAIA) Together we can make significant changes don’t wait until it happen to you.

The neighbours of the hate cleric deserves our supports, perhaps an outright secession of paying council tax nationally until the rest of the family is deported should send the right message to our procrastinating public servants.

Move Abu Qatada's family or we'll stop paying council tax, say neighbours of hate preacher Source www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2357500...s-hate-preacher.html
