What child protection! When the ombudsmen place a time bar on complaint. Most child cases are dragged beyond 12 months by social services. During which parents are petrified to complain about the incompetence of the social services because of fear of being victimised and children conveniently taken away from them. By the time the case finish the parent have nowhere to go with their complaint therefore bad practises are disregarded and forgotten and the culprit goes on to abuse families again and again.

Sadly I had the misfortune to endure such humiliation, deprivation of my children and financial ruined. They have the audacity to say they work in the children best interest what a load of baloney. Surrey Children social services are ruining children’s future? They are gender bias “a mother would never hurt her children” one said, contrary to the current news.

The 12 months time bar within which you have to complaint about social services should be from the time the case finished, closed or a final court ruling. This way they can be held accountable for their action or omission, this will cause them to reflect on their practise and give them an opportunity to redress the damages done to the children. This of course would be quite difficult as the Government, the legal system; unscrupulous solicitors are intertwined in this. When the government give them power to abuse our children why shouldn’t they?

The time bar should be lifted completely since certain child abuse cases has no statutory limitation. Social services exacerbated child abuse in my case because they were prejudice, bias and basing their decision on outdated study which are no longer applicable to the 21st century. One of them actually tried to negotiate contact so to deprive me further.

Often there are no empathy for children and unable to analyse evidence when it is staring them in the face due to their poor communication skills. They encouraged the breach of court order without penalties. They deliberately omit evidence of their incompetence (cover your steps). Social services should be closed down and children nurse should take over their roles. Nurses could do a much better job and are able to apply ethical principles without prejudice which Social worker are unable to do.
